Lovely hotel and breakfast was very nice. It was a small room which was to be expected Strangely there was a step up to the bathroom and this had a glow in the dark sign that was annoying at night A few little bits that could have been better. No plug near the desk to make tea had to use bedside table, door stop needed repairing in bathroom. But all minor. The spa was a nice addition. Nice location in Harrogate.

Room was good &very clean. My main criticism was the tidying up from the Toymaster convention left the place looking quite messy & was noisy late into the evening & early the next morning. Also £18 a night for parking is ridiculously high

The location was great, lots of parking spaces. Breakfast room and bar area very nice. Booked a Kingsize room everything looked tired, windows were dirty, very old and didn’t close properly. Had no bathrobes nor slippers in the room, wanted us to pay extra in a SPA hotel! Noise after midnight wasn’t managed well by staff. The wedding guests went outside for a cigarette and were pretty loud. Also white vans were loading / unloading stuff after midnight and very early in the morning without any consideration of the guests. This was not the standard of a Hilton hotel, won’t come back.
