The Harrogate inn was excellent, the room was very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Good central location. All in all we enjoyed our stay at the Harrogate inn.

All staff super friendly big shout out to Jo in breakfast restaurant who went above and beyond with excellent customer service and care. The hotel was lovely only one minor negative and reason for 4/5 stars for cleanliness was picture on bathroom wall in my room was smeared with something and dirty, otherwise everything was spot on. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. Will definitely be staying again.

The hotel was in a great central location - however for quite a hefty overnight price of £269- I didn't expect to have to pay another £10 for overnight parking - in a very tight cramped car park. The bathroom made some weird and wonderful noises (squeaking taps, toilets that didn't flush very well, and a very noisy heating system). I've been in better hotels for a lot cheaper - but the bar area was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful and a beautiful town to visit - so the hotel was not as I've come to expect for the inn collection group and the price, but overall okay.

This is a nice older hotel, but is missing a few touches. The overhead light in our room was broken. We reported it and the desk staff did ask if we wanted maintenance to fix it, but honestly for the price, this should have been picked up and repaired before hand. The staff all work hard and are pleasant; breakfast offers a reasonable selection of hot and cold, and I did appreciate the great selection of hot beverage options in our room. I think there are likely better hotels in Harrogate for similar prices, and although not my favourite a probably would stay there again, but I would hope I wouldn’t have to repot a broken light in my room.

Excellent location in the heart of Harrogate. Whilst the car park is small & spaces very limited the multi story nearby offers 24hr parking . Bit pricey but safe. All the staff were welcoming & friendly .

Positive: A lovely building with really nice decor in the bars and guest rooms. Our room was clean and well maintained, and housekeeping was good. The tea and coffee making facilities were also a nice touch. Negative: There was no air conditioning, which made the room quite uncomfortable. Some of the communal areas felt dated and a little shabby, especially compared with the much nicer bar areas. The beds were very small and it could be quite noisy outside. Breakfast was also disappointing, with defrosted frozen fruit, runny cheap yoghurt and powdered granola, which didn’t feel in keeping with the overall appearance of the hotel.

Our hotel was lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the hotel room was like a suna, no air conditioner, no fans. I appreciate hate the hotel is listed, but there should have been an alternative for guests.

This was a decent stay. Staff with whom I crossed paths were all excellent, and it was noticeable. I employ 60 people so always happy to give credit where due. Efficient restaurant and good reasonably priced food. I parked off site, had I needed to be on site it didn't make it clear whether that was chargeable. I booked it through laterooms and there it implied it was included, which would have niggled if applicable. I would very happily stay here again.

I Should have booked a bigger room because the ‘cosy double’ was tiny. I could hardly walk around the bed and it had a tv shelf which was sticking out too far. We made do for 2 nights but our room on the side was very noisy so we didn’t sleep well. The radiator was very dusty too. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest quality food but enough to set you up for the day.

We enjoyed our visit and the staff were friendly and helpful but the rooms could have been cleaner. The building is old and it shows. Lots of toothpaste splatter on the wall next to sink, dirty paint, worn out carpet and you can hear noise from hallway. We had a great time and location was perfect.
