The check-in and check-out was really easy, car parking was great, the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, the wedding we attended was very well prepared the Ballroom where the evening reception was held was nice. We didn't have any meals so can't comment on that. But I would stay there again.

The overall experience was excellent. The rooms were very clean and had good facilities. My only criticism is the televisions reception was terrible. This does need addressing. Staff were superb. Engaged with guests and were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. In addition I must say our Sunday roast was excellent both in flavour and price. Totally recommend this hotel

Very clean and well maintained. The property was beautiful and everything looked freshly done. The rooms were a great size. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only meal we had there was breakfast, but everything tasted so good and it was a great selection. We feel the price was very reasonable. We hope we get to stay there again.

Reception service was poor and I had a cold water experience with the shower which wasn’t really acknowledged by the reception staff. The hotel manager apologised for both things post my stay. What made up for it was the friendliness of the amber restaurant staff who were welcoming and attentive. The chef is also excellent. Breakfast was good in most respects apart from rubbery fried eggs. Great choice though and able to sit wherever you choose which is nice.

We had a lovely welcome to the hotel, parked up early so we could explore Harrogate. Hotel is really well located for this it’s a short stroll into the centre. When we checked in we were really impressed with the room beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Had everything you could need. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay again.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were given a free drink because it was our anniversary which was a nice surprise. Our room was clean and well supplied but would have been nice to have a better view. The hotel is very well situated opposite the park and within a short walk from the town.

Check in was smooth and staff were friendly. Our room wasn’t very clean, the side tables were dusty and the floor had sequins and residue from the previous guests. There was also a lot of hair dotted around. Breakfast was as you would expect. Rooms were at least quiet.
