Stayed at the Harrisonburg Hampton Inn while traveling back home to New England rather than trying to sleep at a truck stop. Location was very easy and convenient off I81, staff was very welcoming and friendly even when checking in at almost 11pm! Included breakfast is very nice although the breakfast area wasn’t the cleanest but was not bad considering.

The front desk staff were super friendly. Breakfast was decent. The room was small but adequate. The bed was terrible. Hard as a rock, no topper, the seams were visible through the sheets. Shower curtain was a tag short so the bathroom floor got wet when you showered. Nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash. For the price it was just ok at best.

Courteous, helpful and polite staff, room was clean and adequately maintained. No exhaust fan in bathroom, which can make room humid. Elevator was temporarily out of service. Breakfast was well stocked with a good variety of choices. Very quick and easy to check in and out.

The room was clean with plenty of towels. Whatever issues i brought to the staff’s attention was take care of promptly. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. There was ample parking. I saw a fox in the parking lot one night when we returned to the hotel.He ran int the talk grass behind the hotel.

Went for a JMU graduation. The front was nice as well as the lobby, until you checked in. The front desk associate was rude and seemed like didn’t want to be there. The nice thing was that the clerk was wearing gold and purple uniform, however when the customer behind me commented on the clerks attire, the clerk said “yea, I hate JMU, they are making me wear this” In addition, the shower/tub didn’t have warm water, it was either cold or hot but once you tried to make the water warm, it would default to hot water If your ever find yourself needing a hotel and the others are sold out, sleep in your car
