The pool not quite 28-30 degrees outside but still pretty good temperature. Not a fancy spa by any means but okay. Rooms are fine and quiet, green area around the hotel, food reasonably good.

Staff was great, our room was super. Must have been newly renovated, apart from the carpet - it was beautiful. Amazing with the wellness spa, even though the water could have been warmer. Only bad thing was the room was very cold. Even with the radiator at 5/max, it didn’t warm up the room. We went to reception and said they would try, but couldn’t promise to make the room warmer. It didn’t become warmer, but I got an extra duvet.

Considering what you pay you have some expectations. If it were not for the SPA/Pool area it was not 4 star in my point of view. The rooms that were rented lacked service. Tv hanging wrong on the wall. A hair dryer was kaput in one room. Many rooms had transparent curtains and was still rented out like nothing. In some rooms there are carpets. Which seems to keeps tufts of hair from prior renters that is quiet nasty for a 4 start hotel. the carpet havent been changed last 15 years since last visit there. My first visit was start struck and well deserved 4 star almost 5. But something have changed in the last 15 years. There are major concern about lack of maintenance, knowing from what it had been to what is now. To put it simply My expectation was 4 star and i picked it from prior experience. But was let down by the maintenance. Had I known it had changed to this I would done another hotel 4 or 5 star even if had cost more. This said I checked out a day early even it was payed for.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Vorhänge dreckig/schimmeln, es riecht muffig, sowohl im Flur als auch im Zimmer, die Schiebetüren zum Balkon (Gartenseite) schwergängig und nicht wirklich schön. Badezimmer mit Badewanne, die als Dusche genutzt werden kann (Duschvorhang). Keine Klimaanlage am Zimmer. Außenpool & Innenpool gut nutzbar. Spa: Eine Außensauna (sehr groß und schön), zwei Innensaunen (finnisch & etwas milder) sowie eine Dampfsauna (max. 2 Personen finden Platz, kein Wasserschlauch zum Reinigen!). Insgesamt super Sauna-Angebot. Es gibt sogar mehrere Aufgüsse am Tag, in der Außensauna sogar mit Zeremonie durch das Personal. Zu wenig Liegen draußen am Pool, kein Sonnenschutz/Sonnenschirme. Frühstück für Veganer gar nicht geeignet, für Vegetarier gerade so in Ordnung. Kaffee aus einer Maschine, die aussieht, als wäre sie 20 Jahre alt. Diverse trockene Brötchen, etwas Käse- und Wurstaufschnitt. Warme Speisen (Würstchen, Rührei, gekochte Eier) sowie abwechselnd Waffeln & Pancakes. Insgesamt war es kein gutes Frühstück für uns. Parkplätze gibt es genug. Direkt neben ein ein Supermarkt, bei dem man palettenweise einkaufen kann. Direkt an der Grenze. Restaurant vom Hotel nicht getestet. Externe Restaurants etwas außerhalb. Für 120€ pro Nacht im Juli 2026 ist die Unterkunft nicht auf der günstigen Seite, besonders bei dem sehr ausbaufähigen Zimmer + Frühstück. Aber mit dem Angebot von Pool und Sauna ist das in Ordnung.

Ruime kamer en fijn zwembad/sauna’s. Deels is er wel wat achterstallig onderhoud aan o.a. verfwerkzaamheden van de gebouwen. Verder net en groot buitenzwembad (binnen whirlpool en kinderbadje) en heerlijke sauna’s. Al met al fijn verblijf op de grens met Denemarken.

Wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Dänemark für eine Nacht gebucht. Bei Anreise wurde man unfreundlich um 14:40 darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass Check In erst ab 15 Uhr sei. Generell schien das Personal genervt und war kurz angebunden. Wir haben ein Standardzimmer gebucht, dieses war von der Größe ausreichend, allerdings hat dies eine Milchglastür, sodass das Zimmer nicht vernünftig abgedunkelt werden konnte und es selbst um 23:30 noch relativ hell gewesen ist, auf dies wird man bei dieser Zimmerkategorie nicht hingewiesen. Das Bad war verhältnismäßig groß, allerdings gestaltet sich das Duschen schwierig, da die Wassertemperatur sekündlich schwankt und auch der Duschkopf sich nicht stabil verstellen lässt. Das Zimmer ist darüberhinaus sehr hellhörig aufgrund der Lage zum Parkplatz. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ auch eher auf einem unteren Level, es gibt eine Auswahl an Brot, Brötchen, Aufschnitt Müsli sowie Eierspeisen. Der Kaffeevollautomat brüht eine lösliche Kaffeebrühe und der Saftautomat wird nicht gekühlt. Für einen Zwischenstopp war er in Ordnung, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt leider nicht.
