Amazing service both before, during and and after arrival. Lovely welcoming staff, beautiful room with very comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choice and all delicious. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

OK for a nights stay

The hotel was ok for a nights stop. Check in was quick and professional. The hotel seems to have a lot of amenities although I never used any. Breakfast was the usual fare and seemed fresh and well presented with plenty of space available. At the price in comparison to other hotels in the area it presents reasonable value for money.

Cozy, old styled hotel. Room was big, went for comfort room. We did have a view of the garden, heard some birds. Overall a comfy, nice stay. Breakfast was decent, assortment of bread and other stuff. Good bacon Simple but good. Its possible to park in the street around the block, by using EasyPark app. Paid approx €10 for overnight parking.

I do not recommend

We went to this hotel for the jacuzzi and the pool. The pool was cold and very shallow. And the jacuzzi didn't work at all. The sauna wasn't hot enough. The bed was made of two parts. If you sleep next to your husband, you can't. You have to sleep on one half together because there's a cliff in the middle. The view from the window is into the bushes. We didn't like it. The food is okay.

A bit dissapointed

Wo booked 2 nights with different providers.After the first night we get a call from reception and we are scolded that we did not check out. A very hostile and unprofessional receptonist Dana orders us to leave the room and she gave us another room in a different building.At the check in we made it clear that we have 2 different reservations and they said everything its ok .We did not know and expect to change rooms. Anyway we expected a professional approach in solving the issue and a more professional front desk worker.

Die Zimmer sind doch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Da wir nicht im Haupthaus untergebracht waren, mussten wir mit den Badeschuhen und Hausmäntel im Regen zum Spa Bereich laufen... oder morgens zum Frühstück.

Das Haupthaus ist in einem guten Zustand, der Wasserbereich auch, aber das Nebenhaus müsste dringend renoviert werden. Sehr abgewohnt und teilweise schmuddelig.

Fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet som altid og dejligt i svømmehallen også som altid. Dog synes jeg det er klamt at blive mødt af et stort edderkoppespind med en stor edderkop i midt i værelset som det første. Men ellers godt som det plejer.

Hotellet er ret slidt men overordnet pænt. Adgang til pool er lidt svært, mange OK regler for hygiejnens skyld. Et menukort ville være lækkert så der kan spises på hotellet, frem for en fastlagt menu der ikke fremmer lysten for en kræsen person.
