Only good thing is it right on the river. The place was extremely dilapidated, unclean surfaces, although the linens were clean, the bathroom toilet kept clogging. If it weren’t for the absolute necessity of needing to stay overnight we would have never stayed here once we saw the room at and place at 7pm. Pictures on the site give you a false representation of this hotel.

First room smelled of cigarette and mold bathroom ceiling had water damage in it asked for another room that room had mold in the bathroom they couldn’t accommodate for anymore rooms on the first floor because I had a service dog with me so I didn’t even stay I left and got a room somewhere else

This met my needs, but was really just OKAY. Housekeeping provided no stayover service. I had to request items not initially provided as well. The "breakfast" only consisted of a waffle maker and assorted yogurt and apple juice. But for the price, I can't complain. Staff was nice. Not overly, but a step above ambivalent. Still if there was just one notch of service to meet expectations, it could have been an outstanding stay versus just average.

We stayed there for four night. And despite repeated attempts to get our room cleaned and get clean towels. The only time they cleaned our room was when we demanded to talk to the manager. Then it was only cleaned once. They changed us ten dollars a night to park in an almost empty parking lot. The free breakfast turned out to be coffee waffles and oranges. I will never stay at another quality inn again. So if you don't like being treated badly. Then find another place to stay

I stayed overnight on 4/29 for a concert since I'm from out the area. The staff was pretty good, but the facility is a bit worn down. The chair in the room was a bit stained, the door hinge to the bathroom wasn't secured all the way, and the light fixture in the shower didn't have a cover for the bulb. I slept on top of the sheets, and when I was leaving, I noticed a few red bumps on my forearms and right calf, so I'm assuming possible bed bugs? Washed and dried all of my clothes a few times yesterday, and keeping a close eye on everything.
