This is the most expensive hotel in york. When i called to have the sofa bed made for my son in our suite, O was informed there was a bed in a bag in the closet but housekeeping was gone and there was no one to make up the bed for us. The food and food service was excellent. The hotel being downtown also meant sirens all hrs of the night which my wife couldnt sleep through. The hotel is very pretty and the rooftop bar was neat but they definitely need a TV inside the bar area.

Great location and property. Our TV was broken and maintenance was unable to fix it-it took over an hour to realize this. Otherwise, good stay and beautiful.
