A Hidden Gem in Carlisle – Truly a Home Away from Home We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Pheasant Farms Bed and Breakfast in Carlisle, PA, and we can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly at ease. The farmhouse is beautifully maintained, with a charming mix of rustic character and modern comfort. Our room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the view of the serene countryside was a true delight. Breakfast was a highlight—homemade, hearty, and absolutely delicious, made with fresh local ingredients. It felt like a true farm-to-table experience, and the hosts were more than happy to accommodate our dietary preferences. What truly sets Pheasant Farms apart is the warmth and care of the hosts. Pleasant Pheasant

Great location and lovely family has taken over the B&B. The property is massive as it was a horse farm previously. The rooms are very comfortable and food was excellent.

Kyle and Robin were delightful hosts. The home is historic and very clean and inviting. We appreciated the extra touches in the kitchen area. Robin cooked a tasty breakfast and Kyle did an awesome job of getting us to the Trail and downtown businesses.

Awesome relaxation

Trip was great and the b&b was excellent . Loved the 11 acres to Rome around on and it was about 10 minutes from the tea festival we attend every year. I look forward to returning next year for a longer stay

This was our first time at a bed and breakfast and we had a great stay. The owners were friendly and inviting and made us feel at home right away. We stayed two nights in the Library Room and the bed was AMAZING! Each morning we were treated to a unique and delicious breakfast. We were in town for a family wedding so we didn’t get to explore the area - plus it rained so we cozied up inside. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
