We experienced an issue with our initial room assignment with a very strong cleaning solution that was used . I developed shortness of breath, chest pain and a rash about an hr infuse the room . We met with the front desk manager who was so kind , attentive and helpful - kudos to Andrea !! She immediately responded and provided us with another room which we were grateful for. She’s a 20/10 !!! For customer service. The breakfast options were great , tasty and the coffee was outstanding!! Staff we spoke with were cordial, friendly and polite… On check out we were greeted with a “ how was your stay “ a thank you for staying and wishing us a safe trip home. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area .👏👏
