First, I reserved a room here because I was attending a concert at the Giant in Hershey.. I knew the pool was not available because of construction on the property.That was confirmed at check-in with an offer of a full refund. However, I was not aware that construction also affected available parking, which was very limited, and the ice machine on my floor was removed (because it didn't work?). However, the location is suburb for concerts at the Hollywood Casino at Penn National, Grantville PA and the GIANT Center, Hershey

We stayed for only 4-5 hours, left before 3 AM to stay ahead of a storm. The hotel was easy to locate and it was easy to park our moving truck. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Grantville. The beds were comfy, the pool and hot tub were clean and the breakfast offered daily was great.
