I stay here because its close to a weekend gig of mine. Ive been in rooms that were dirty to the point that I considered asking to be moved. I was pleasantly surprised this week when the room I was placed in had nothing broken to be seen, and everything was very clean. The halls are still dirty, and the staff could be a bit friendly but over all, the stay was good this time around.

We were there for a great concert. We had 2 lamps in our room. One did not work at all. Tried to take a shower in the morning and our shower didn't work. Grass was cleanly cut. Outside looked decent. Didn't really have interaction with staff except the check-in guy who was cool.

Good for a short stay if you are on a budget. I was in town just for the night to see a concert (the motel is 3.8 miles from Hershey Park and Giant Center). Outside looks run down, but the room was clean and comfortable. No frills, just your basic amenities (tv, wi-fi, etc.). Air conditioner worked great and the room was pretty quiet. Some minor maintenance issues, but nothing big. They have a pool, but it looked like it was closed.

Staff nice, very convenient location. The building is old and the room is generally clean but if you really look at the details, it totally wasn’t.

Acceptable clean but not extremely clean. Staff was very nice. Beds were not very comfy, definitely needs an upgrade but if you are just staying for 1 night it’s ok.

Service was good, pretty clean environment. However, it is very dated and needs some updating.

Staff was nice. Pool looked clean. Room was so filthy I left. Blood splatter on the sheets, dirty cheese puffs under the bed. I can deal with an older facility, but this was just dirty.

OK

It's an old motel but wasn't that bad. I would look for something else next time unless there's nothing else available. People with allergies be careful because there's some odors, room was clean.

So I stayed at the cocoa country inn motel- room #313 two queen beds because of reviews that i read I brought memory foam, sheets, pillow and a blanket-it definitely helped and as a result my bed was comfortable( otherwise the bed wouldnt have been comfortable). The floors were hard wood flooring which were clean -the bathroom was clean enough - furniture outdated-air conditioning kept the room nice and cold . The owner was very nice & accommodating. If housekkeping would bump up their game & really deep clean the whole building -the reviews would improve & I would go back -its little things like dirty coffee maker , sink wasnt the cleanest ,sheets had a hair (which again I used memory foam) -over all it does have potential

Its a good place to sleep. There were a few normal household bugs, but the floors didnt appear to have been clean, and neither did the bathroom. I was there from 2AM to 10AM, so like I said, its a good place to sleep and nothing else.

Staff aren't very friendly and the communication isn't great. Room was full of stains, and the shower/sink was always leaking. It's good for a place just to rest your head for a single night.
