The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the room was comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The property is quiet, clean and well maintained. I only stayed one night after a day at Hershey Park. Great proximity from the park, just a few minutes. The only downfalls are the water pressure and the breakfast. I stay at free breakfast hotels because I travel with kids and they waste so much food when going out for breakfast, their breakfast was bad. No waffles or pancakes, powdered eggs, very beige breakfast sausage, no hot water, oatmeal packets instead of oatmeal … the breakfast was trash. If you’re not worried about the meal, the property is good stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the location from Hershey Park. The floor in our room wasn't the cleanest as it was visible dirty. We had to make several complaints as we could hear the guest on the floor above us.

I stayed in a two queen accessible room. The room was spacious and clean; including the bathroom. My only concerns about the room was that the shower diverter( once activated ) still leaked water out of the faucet, minimizing shower pressure in the hand held shower head and that direct was the only option for TV watching. I prefer to have a smart TV so I could use my streaming services. I appreciated at check-in that Courtney acknowledged my room request for a high floor and a quiet location. The rooms have soft close doors which is great for minimizing noise! She was very knowledgeable of the area and recommended a cute pizza place nearby. Breakfast was adequate and offered gluten-free muffins and bagels; which was really appreciated and a fresh made yogurt machine. They also offered a cute pancake machine. Although the coffee in the lobby was not to my liking, ( a little weak for my taste ) the coffee in the room what’s a good substitute.
