The north end Best Western is terrible! The lights were shorting out, the TV wasn't hooked up to the wall cable, and when I called the front desk, I was told " too bad, we dont have anyone to help you" so I had to literally move furniture around and do it myself. The shower had ONE glass sliding door where there should have been 2, so I had to decide which side of the bathroom stayed dry and which side got soaked while showering. The bed was the extremely firm kind. Air conditioner worked.
The hallways and lobby were clean. Breakfast had lots of ' sorry we are out of ' signs. When I asked for a refund, I was told I had to go through the site I booked ( Expedia) when I called, Expedia tried to verify and the hotel manager lied, saying none of this happened so I couldn't get a refund.
