“The property is definitely the best in the area and probably the largest so it is definitely the best choice. The food, the staff, the rooms are all excellent. My only issue was with the swimming pool, it showed that the water was 27 degrees Celsius but it was closer to 25 while I was there so we only went there 1 times in 3 days, it was quite cold for the kids. Other that that, I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.”

“New small hotel right on the ski slopes. Excellent condition.”

“Perfekt für ein Wanderausflug ”

“Zimmer war sauber. Personal konnte perfekt deutsch. Parkplatz kostete unerwartet nichts. Wasser war beim Abendessen kostenlos und unbegrenzt verfügbar.”

“Sehr zu empfehlen.”

“Buffet was great. Super clean and nice views. I will repeat for sure.”

The breakfast was tasty and equivalent of the properties' star rating. The only negative point was a Monday breakfast when I suppose the hotel occupancy was low, so the breakfast food variety was very reduced and except that the food...

“Stunning view from this hilltop hotel. Excellent restaurant there too. We had lunch whilst the staff checked us in. Very good location for Jablonec FC (10 min walk). Recommended.”

“Excellent location, polite and helpful staff, just the room isolation was poor, temperature adjusted as needed, very good and tasty breakfast”

“Very nice views close to Jelenia Gora , close to Japanese Garden / Park . This is not a place where You will go for all convenience . It is a more of resort than a regular hotel, if U R looking for more of the hotel like experience this one it is not . More for families with kids for longer stay . Kitchen is fully stocked , wood stove , lots of cabinet space ....nice but not necessary my type of place . Spa , pool, some other services on site .Clean overall , staff is very welcoming”
