It's not worth all this money at all

I've stayed in many other hotels by far this has been the worst,Room was not dirty but as soon as we arrived to the door of our room there was tiny cockroaches around the door knob and as soon as we walked in there was alot of roaches on the walls and on the bed frame poles, the only reason we stayed was because I was very tired after an early work day and almost 9 hr drive from Dallas, wasn't really able to have a good sleep because I was worried the roaches would get on me thinking there might also be bed bugs even, DO NoT Recommend!!

Great Cooked breakfast on the 4 th floor. Several issues starting with the check in process. We arrived at the check in time at 4 pm. Was told room was not ready until after 5:15 pm. The receptionist told us that they were understaffed (Only 2 people per floor), but as we walked from floor to floor we witnessed multiple cleaning crews of (4-5 people per room). This checking process happened for nearly every new visitor that was checking in (until after 4:30 pm.). There was an additional vehicle Parking fee $20 per day was also charged. One other nugget only one elevator was working with a hotel full of people there was a long wait line for each floor.
