Friendly and ready to help staff. Hotel’s restaurant is one of the best in the city The breakfast has a lot of options and it is strictly vegetarian. Rooms are big and clean.

Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade. This place is a DUMP!!! Zero management, dirty, and facilities don’t work including elevator. Stayed here thankfully for only one night and definitely feel scammed by the beautiful pictures posted online prior to my booking. The actual property and amenities are either old, dirty or non existent. Bathroom had no shower curtain and water fell all over floor. Went up to roof top restaurant and no one was working, two other guests were standing around wondering what to do. Room was booked with dinner included but hotel manager refused to honor the booking and fought with us. We left and had dinner elsewhere. Save your time and money and avoid this disaster property!!!!
