But having paid a relatively premium price for bed and breakfast, only to find a limited smaller choice included (with every extra costing more) we found it disappointing. That's not made clear at time of ordering. I mean, how expensive is it to include cereals etc? BUT the rooms are lovely and staff friendly. “The history and outside appearance of the inn was impressive, unfortunatley the rooms definately did not have the wow factor for me. The Oundle suite bathroom was very tired in terms of furniture and building. The shower looked filthy and I didnt want to use it. It wouldnt take much to improve by cleaning the grout and re plastering. We paid £612 for a 3 night stay but the standard of the rooms do not reflect this price.
