“Pague por una habitación normal y me dieron un cuarto con baño handicap lo cual fue bastante incómodo al bañarse. Fui a la recepción a pedir un cambio porque no fue ese que pagué en expidia y no nos hicieron el favor así que no me gustó no estuve cómoda en mi estancia ”

“Muy bueno en aspecto, limpio, buena atención. Lo negativo es que no asearon el cuarto ni hicieron las camas. No hay nada cerca para visitar de interés ni para comer pero queda cerca del evento al que asistiremos.”

“I expected more from this Best Western. The hotel does not quite match what is advertised or what i would expect from the brand. The breakfast was acceptable but not very good. They serve powdered eggs, which were not particularly enjoyable. During our stay, we even saw a cockroach in the lobby. At checkout, we informed the front desk staff, but they did not seem very concerned or reactive to the comment. The air conditioning filter in the room was also dirty and could use proper maintenance....
