飯店位置甚佳

清潔度尚可，服務品質良好，房間與衛浴設施有點老舊，電視沒辦法看模糊不清，枕頭很適宜睡起來很舒服，飯店位置甚佳。

Lav standard - ingen service

Hotellets standard er meget lav, ingen service - ingen engelsktalende personer. Badeværelset lugtede af kloak og når der blev taget bad på værelse ovenover dryppede det ned gennem loftet. Hotellet skal udelukkende bruges til at have en seng at sove i.

너무나 짜증나게 만든 가족여행

전반적으로 불만족이었습니다. 호텔사진도 다른걸 찍어놓고 실제로 가보니 다른 사진이었으며 근처에 있는 건물을 찍어 놓은듯했고요 결재도 한국에서 이미 카드로 결제를 했는데 또 결재를 했습니다. 한국에서 결재를 한 부분을 돌려 받아야 합니다. 숙박시설도 냄새가 나서 잠을 잘수가 없었고요 냉장고도 사용할 수 었도록 불이꺼져있어서 물한잔 못 마셨습니다. 객실안은 가족끼리 머물기엔 너무 냄새도 많고 화장실은 화수구 냄새에 꼬리한 냄새 때문에 들어가기가 싫을 정도로 역겨웠습니다 가족들 한테도 미안하고 하여 말도 못하고 모처럼의 가족 여행을 망쳤습니다. 단지 가격이 저렴하게 나와 이번엔 특별가로 나왔구나 싶어 결정을 했지만 너무나 화가 많이 났습니다. 다시한번 조치를 취했으면 합니다. 한국에서 카드로 계산한 부분도 환불해 주셨으면 합니다.

Great facility and location, needs work

Beautiful old hotel, could be better maintained. Carpet old, tile needed grouting,old spoiled food in refrigerator on arrival. Friends room on sixth floor shower did not drain. Button you press for room cleanup did not work. Plenty roomy, warm and great view. Staff spoke no English. Don't know if we could have had free breakfest offered or not. Overall would have been happy but biggest disappointment was when we found an english speaking guest to ask for the desk to call us a cab for the next morning, the answer was that we should call the cab ourselves. Morning cabs are hard-worth staying at a hotel that will help when it's dark and 5 degrees out.

Bra läge, men dålig service

Ett hotell som ligger med utsikt över Zhaolinparken. Väldigt bra läge, och vackert med de upplysta isskulpturerna på kvällen. Enligt min bokning skulle jag ha en svit mot gården, men fick ut mot gatan. Blev bra i alla fall eftersom jag hade fin utsikt. Personalen kunde inte ett ord engelska och var inte hjälpsamma på något sätt. Dessutom vid utcheckning skulle de inte betala tillbaka en del av depositionen med anledning av att det var fläckar på handdukarna. Absolut fläckar som går bort i vanlig tvätt. Rummet var stort, men fruktansvärt varmt på rummet. Ca 29 grader. Gick heller inte att få lägre temperatur, inte ens med luftkonditionering. Påpekade problemet, men de tyckte bara att man skulle öppna fönstret, ca -25 grader C ute!

パン好きの人と日本語オンリーの人にはお勧めしません

　中国の地方主要都市は、似たようなものですが、フロントでは英語も日本語も通じません。ただし、電子辞書の中国語の単語を並べれば、意志は伝えられます。返事はすべて中国語ですので、覚悟はいりますが、逆に日常の生活圏とまったく切り離されるのは良い点でしょう。予約した後で各種の口コミを見ると、とてもパンがまずいとあり、たしかに食パンはパン粉を固めたようなもので、なるほどと納得しました。でも、お粥と饅頭系の蒸し物はまずまずなので、その選択にするとＯＫです。副菜は日によって少し変化がありますし、まずまず満足できます。

チェツクインのときパスポートと予約確認のコピーを見せたがどのサイトで予約したか尋ねられました 結局希望のダブルルームではなくツインルームになってしまった。 中国語で抗議もできずあきらめました
