Nice staff. Overall a very nice hotel. The breakfast is ok (eggs loose as I like them) lacks lactose-free options. Nice with pool and sauna (missing a small gym) There is potential for improvement: The rooms are starting to get worn, for example in the Suite, bent hoses in the shower/bathtub feel unfresh, toilet seat unfresh.

Alt var i fineste orden. Værelset var rent. Selvom der var travlhed til morgenmaden, havde personalet alligevel tid til lidt snak og smil. Vi havde glemt noget på værelset, det blev klaret, vi fik lavet porto label, mailet det, og hotellet får det sendt. God service

Det er lidt svært at få fat i receptionisten. Receptionen er tom, og man skal så ringe på en klokke. Men der går meget lang tid inden de dukker op. Der er beskidt og nusset på badeværelset Morgenmads buffet er kedelig, med tørt bakeoff brød, og tør ost. Der bliver ikke fyldt op på fade. Og der flyver (antager jeg) små bananfluer rundt i restauranten.

Værelset var rent og pænt. Der var lidt for koldt på værelset, man kunne ikke skrue op for varmen, så der manglede hygge. Sengene var ok at sove i, men hovedpuderne, trængte til udskiftning. Det var syntetiske puder der var klumpet sammen. Dårlig nattesøvn.
