Vacations Close To Hanson of Sonoma Distillery

The front desk staff and the head made are extremely rude and not helpful, they want to rush you to make the payment but they may not come and clean your room or provide the bedding garbage bags and refrigerator and microwave. One of their maintenance people came in without permission because they have a master key so I'm not sure how he didn't see me when the curtain was halfway open but he came in and then he said oh excuse me wrong wrong and left out which is strange because he didn't have a work order for nothing and you didn't have a clipboard so if he was going into a room and he actually saw me in the window I don't know what he was really doing. But that's all I did was a verbal apology like no nothing to accommodate. I know they don't treat people respectfully cuz they know people need a place to rent, but they honestly are not good if you can find any other Hotel to stay you want to stay somewhere else unless it's just a dire need

I never stayed. They told me that the county owns the property and they couldn't give me a room. I will be calling to speak with someone who's in charge

The value was very good; I'd recommend this place to other travelers. The only problem we had was with the wifi; it was a bit spotty. For us, this was not a problem as I have a mobile hotspot that filled in. Since my hotspot wasn't as fast as normal, I suspect this was a issue with overall cell phone coverage in the locale.

The room was disgusting and not cleaned from prior guest and the staff, after reporting it did not care. I requested a different room, and even though many were available, they refused to accommodate. I then request that a refund to cancel my stay, and they also refused, despite not having a clean room for me. Stains and hair were everywhere and garbage all over the room.

The Inn is very far from the San Francisco airport. Be careful of overcharging. The property is clean enough but very outdated. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent.
