The host was very clear and concise with his directions to find the property as well as access was very clear and consistent. Overall, the property was tidy a few spots could need a little extra elbow grease as far as cleaning but overall a very nice apartment with a incredible city view from the balcony, and lots of amenities nearby shopping restaurants and entertainment all very close and very good!! The host made this day, very comfortable and welcoming with this helpful directions and courteous nature!! Thank you for allowing me to be your guest. I had a great stay in your apartment!!

We found the owner of this private rental apartment very friendly and helpful. The Vinhome D’Capitale Quylodge Apartments are all privately owned with virtually no one speaking English especially the service desk downstairs. There is one of the Vincom Malls virtually attached to this apartment block but it is very expensive with upmarket department stores. In this area of the Old Quarter it is quite far out and average Grab taxi ride averaged $7-$10 Australian dollars each way which didn’t make it cheap to stay out there. The apartment was big enough with two king size beds in two rooms but the very small lounge was very hard, small and uncomfortable to sit on. There was a table with 6 chairs a washing machine and two bathrooms. The apartment came with basic cookware but not glasses coffee mugs only plastic ones. Please be aware that because these apartments are privately owned , owners will inform you that to use the pool involves a fee, we ended up paying just over $70 each Aust for 6 days to use the pool. Initially we were told it would be 200,000 Vietnamese Dong each per day but the owner ended up charging us 500,000 dong each for 6 days. I feel that if owners want to advertise these apartments on Expedia then they need to be upfront about all the added costs. Personally I would not return and stay in these private rentals and would definitely not recommend staying so far out of the city.
