We were standings in front the reception desk after breakfast; 2 of the hostesses were debating, the third one was on her mobile phone talking! All of them talk so loud that we could over hear their conversation about their personal.
We just standing in front of them for 5 minutes finally 1 of the hostesses with a sudden stop turn around and asked us: “What do you want?” …….
We were very interesting to known what kinds of trainings they had about service customers. Do they have any training at all or this is a standard service at this hotel.
