The hotel is a little older and in need of some renovation, but it's clean and the staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is great with several options. Great location. Very good overall.

Very small compared to the photos! Located on a very convenient location. Hotel has a very odd layout to get to the rooms. Staff are very nice. We had an early flight and we left the hotel at 4:15. They packed our group of 13, to-go breakfast bags.

This property was in the heart of old town and walking distance to many tourist sites. Chloe at the front desk couldn’t have helped us more and Kai who was just learning also provided excellent service. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the West. There's no shortage of shopping and food options within walking distance of the hotel. If you are looking for 'Beer Street' it's just one block away. The staff was very helpful. They even assisted us around our other excursion to and from Ha Long Bay. We would stay there again.

Everything at this hotel is great except a few little bugs in the room. Hot breakfast, excellent location at the heart of the weekend night market and other shopping and food area. Front staff speaks english well and friendly. They offer good concierge services.

Fabulous

We arrived very early in the morning and although the hotel was full they lead us to a private spot so we could rest and offered us a free breakfast. The staff are absolutely the best here and could not have been more helpful. Comfortable room, great shower and very convenient to surroundings. Highly recommended.

Perfect in every way

We stayed at The West for 8 days as our last stop of our 95 day SE Asia adventure. I have to say it was within the top 3 hotels we stayed in throughout our journey and we stayed in some pretty nice places. The staff was the most welcoming, efficient and kind, our room was very comfortable, from the bed to the shower and the breakfast was delicious. The location cannot be beat as it is in the middle of the Old Quarter and made everything very walkable. Thank you to everyone at The West for making our final days of our trip so memorable.

Highly recommended

Hotel was very good, located at the heart of the old quarter and walking distance to most tourist spots. My room was very spacious for one person, with big bathroom and balcony facing the city, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is also good because it was included with your stay and you have the option for few cooked breakfast if you wish to. My stay was much nicer because of the staff that are helpful and kind most specially Chloe and Long Bee(not sure if this is his real name)😊. My experience with the hotel and its staff have been great and if I will be given a chance to go back to Hanoi I would not hesitate to book with them again. For those looking for hotel to stay in Hanoi old district, I would highly recommend using them. Great service and value for money. Again thank you very much.🙏❤️😊

2回目の利用です。旧市街にあり、目の前では週末ナイトマーケットが開かれます。お部屋はファミリースイートに。ハノイの旧市街の他のホテルと比べてかなり広く、ベッドもクィーンサイズが２つあります。小さい廊下の先にシャワー、トイレがあります。窓はあります。大きなテレビ、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、ボディーソープ、ヘアドライヤー、スリッパ、冷蔵庫(小さい冷凍庫付き) があります。 コンセントは日本のものが使えます。朝食が無料でついてきます。バイキングスタイルで、中華やパン、デニッシュ、デザート、サラダ、フルーツなどなど、とても美味しいです。卵料理、フォー、パンケーキは、オーダーできます。スタッフの方々は、いつもニコニコで、とても親切です。マッサージの予約も入れてもらえました。次回ハノイに行く時も是非利用したいです。
