All of the staff, but Charlotte especially, were super friendly! We felt so welcomed - every time we arrived to a group of happy faces, a warm welcome and a chat about our day. We had a fantastic stay at the Champton Hanoi Hotel. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. What really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Erin, who was always smiling and went out of her way to make sure guests felt welcome. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight – delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
