We only stayed one night. The front desk short younge guy was super friendly. He got us a ride to the airport. The hotel is nice, the room is very clean and comfortable and with all that you need. The hotel is very close to the airport

Great airport hotel

This hotel is excellent. The room is spacious and the amenities are all in upscale. The staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is very tasty. Highly recommend for those who need a stay close to airport.

We had arrived after the restaurant next door was closed, the guy that checked us in was so respectful and generous, I asked him where we could get food and he offered a meal that his family cooked after hours for a surcharge. The food was in our room within 15 minutes, it was hot and fresh and so delicious. I really recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, though not quite as nice as the photos. The hot water wasn't working, but when I told the front desk, they fixed it right away. When I left the hotel to go to Hanoi, they gave me a cheap ride and even provided water—the service was excellent.

This is my first time staying at success hotel. The location is very near Nói Bài international airport. We book a presidential suite and it fits 3 people. Room is spacious and very clean. The bath room has a huge zaccuzzi tub. We had dinner there and the food is excellent Hotel Staff is extremely friendly. The also hotel offer ride to airport, the shuttles cost $100k vnđ for our group. Will definitely stay again this July. Thank you Success Hotel’s staff!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Despite our late check-in, they kindly assisted us with our luggage and ensured we were comfortable. We had an early departure the next morning, and to our surprise, they even prepared breakfast for us before the usual hours. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and helpful team during their stay.

The Vietnamese gentleman host/receptionist was extremely helpful and always had a smile. We stayed 1 night as we were flying to London the next day with alot of luggage and had young children and he was very patient and always offered help. Thank you very much success hotel we will most definitely be using you again and highly recommend. It was 5 minutes car journey from the airport and very easy to find. The room and hotel was very nice and clean, we all had an enjoyable nights sleep.

We stayed at this hotel for an overnight layover. The good is the size of the rooms and cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The bad, terrible pillows, noisey room from the busy road noise and even though we had prearranged transfers with “their driver” on our return to the airport they just ordered a taxi. Paid 100,000VND when we could have got a grab for 30k, the hotel clearly pocketed 1/2 and paid the taxi the other half. Pick up from the airport it self was well organised so my advice is get them to arrange airport pick up and do a grab for the return
