A great experience. Amazing hotel in the heart of old quarter . The staff was supper friendly and made sure that we are comfortable at all time . The rooftop bar is excellent , give a great view of Hoan Kiem lake and old quarter. The room very clean and modern . The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at Splendid Secret Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the Old Quarter, very close to everything but still quiet at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ding Dong is always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with both local and Western options. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Splendid Secret Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me arrange trips around Hanoi such as Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at reasonable prices. The hotel location is very convenient, right in the city center. I can't wait to come back here!

Everything was top-notch. • Room Service & Cleanliness: The room was spotless, super comfortable, and felt like a true retreat. • Breakfast: The buffet was excellent—huge variety, delicious food, and a great start to the day. • Staff & Tour Planning: The staff team was wonderful, especially Ding Dong! Ding Dong was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. • Ha Long Bay Tour: I booked the Ha Long tour through the hotel, and thanks to Ding Dong's seamless organization, the whole trip was smooth and unforgettable. Highly recommend Splendid Secret! It truly offers a five-star experience with exceptional staff like Ding Dong.

Best hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is truly amazing and service is the best we have ever received from a hotel anywhere in the world. The team work together to deliver true excellence in everything they do. They really focus on everything possible, even the smallest things to make the stay wonderful. The location is perfect within the Old Quarter, everything within walking distance but also not in the middle of too much chaos. We highly recommend staying here if you visit.

I had a wonderful experience at Splendid Secret Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room setup and amenities. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of local and Western options. What really made the difference was the personalized service. The team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and will definitely come back again!

It was my first time visiting Vietnam, and I was impressed from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The bellmen were very kind — they helped with my luggage and even gave me an umbrella because it was raining. I got a welcome drink, some snacks, and a cool towel, which was a really nice touch. The front desk staff were great, especially Dong. He was funny and made me forget how tired I was after my early flight. During check-in, they also told me about the Old Quarter, good places to eat, and things to see nearby. Cindy was also amazing — she helped me book a 3-day, 2-night trip to Ha Long Bay. I’ve just started the trip today and I’m really happy with her suggestion! My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and they even gave me a plate of welcome fruits. Breakfast on the 11th floor was delicious, with many choices and a nice city view. The pool next to the restaurant was also clean and relaxing. There’s a spa downstairs and a sky bar on the rooftop with good deals. I didn’t have time to try them yet, but I will when I come back before my flight. Overall, I really recommend this hotel. It’s in a small street in the Old Quarter, but the service and quality feel like a 5-star hotel. I couldn’t ask for more!
