Our check in was quick and she was excellent at explaining all the amenities available. She booked us an airport shuttle for the next morning and provided a take away breakfast. Rooms were small but clean. The hotel is older and shows some wear but close to lots of shops and restaurants and the lake. The rooftop bar was fun for a couple of refreshments Good for an overnighter.

Our stay was excellent. We were very well looked after from the moment the taxi picked us up from the airport. The location is excellent and Daria greeted us on our arrival to ensure we had a great stay. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The room was lovely and the breakfast quality was very good. We enjoyed the rooftop bar in the evening where they have a happy hour. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi. We didn’t want to leave .
