This is a small hotel chain, but it exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent—centrally located and just a short walk from Hoàn Kiếm Lake. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating to any requests we had throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and we especially loved that they provided a menu with freshly made items to order. They were also kind enough to allow us to take breakfast back to our room since our kids weren't able to wake up early. We booked a family suite, and it was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others visiting Hanoi.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff here are so kind and accommodating and the location and breakfast is fantastic! Be sure to try the Bunh Cha at breakfast. The staff really went above and beyond to try and help me after an ATM ate my debit card. Both Ryan and Susan contacted the bank on my behalf and helped me work up a plan on what to do next and even helped me change my ride to my next destination. When I checked out, they handed me a little bag of fruit and a little bag of fruit and coffee. I was touched that they cared so much and worked so hard to try and help me. You can’t go wrong staying here.

This was my second time staying at Solaria in Hanoi and I have absolutely no words. Upon my late arrival to Hanoi, the staff were extremely attentive and made sure I was all settled in for my week long stay. Breakfast every morning was a delight with fresh fruits and kind greetings from the staff. I don’t think there was one time where I didn’t see them smiling. Grace and Francis were absolutely incredible. They made me feel so welcomed and gave me recommendations on cafes to visit in the Old Quarter. If you are looking for a place to stay in Hanoi, look no further than Solaria Hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!! 1000/10!!!
