Overall our experience at Solaria was amazing! The location is extremely convenient and central. The staff were delightful and always willing to help. The breakfast without question was exceptional and the stunning view from the bar at sunset was spectacular! The room was extremely comfortable and clean. We had an amazing stay at the Solaria hotel. The rooms were great and the breakfast every morning was fresh, but without a doubt the best part of our stay was the staff! Everyone was super helpful and kind, and provided us with a lot of tips for the city. I want to highlight Daria in particular, as she constantly gave us suggestions on where to go, tips for navigating the city, and help setting up services like private transfers. Thank you to Daria and the whole team at Solaria, it was a very memorable stay thanks to you all!

Wonderful staff and great location. The rooftop bar was wonderful, as was the breakfast. Only downsides were fairly expensive bar drinks for Vietnam, and only one elevator that doesn’t go the whole way to the restaurant or rooftop, which we could see impacted some other travellers. Would stay there again for the staff helpfulness and the location though.

Shoutout to David, Lily, and Susan for being the absolute best staff we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They go above and beyond for their guests, which made us feel like family. Giving us fruit, sandwiches, and water when we went on the Ha Giang loop and Ninh Binh was so thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious with made to order Vietnamese cuisine as well as the standard western breakfast. The location is perfect to walk around with shopping and food around every corner. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

Wonderful stay at Solaria Hotel! We had such a lovely stay at Solaria Hotel. The restaurant staff and front desk team were absolutely wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. They always greeted us warmly and made sure our family had everything we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Hanoi. What really stood out to us was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. They genuinely made us feel welcomed and cared for.
