One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at largely due to the hospitality and kindness from the staff. Breakfast was also great with made to order Vietnamese cuisine as well as the standard western breakfast. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Location of this hotel is perfect, easy to get too all the sights. All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was amazing as was the Sky bar. We appreciated the snack bag for our early flight too!

Shoutout to David, Lily, and Susan for being the absolute best staff we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They go above and beyond for their guests, which made us feel like family. Giving us fruit, sandwiches, and water when we went on the Ha Giang loop and Ninh Binh was so thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious with made to order Vietnamese cuisine as well as the standard western breakfast. The location is perfect to walk around with shopping and food around every corner. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

Wonderful stay at Solaria Hotel! We had such a lovely stay at Solaria Hotel. The restaurant staff and front desk team were absolutely wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. They always greeted us warmly and made sure our family had everything we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Hanoi. What really stood out to us was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. They genuinely made us feel welcomed and cared for. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for two-nights for our honeymoon and it was a lovely. The staff, especially Lilly, was very friendly and helpful! They added special touches to our room and gave us a honeymoon treat.
