Terrible. Room 306 do not go. Old mattress, no padding at all slept on hard springs and waking up at 4am to the smell of an abattoir, banging pots and boiling steam of raw chicken or whatever they were boiling into my window. Tried to block the smell by putting towels in the gaps of the windows. Tv was fuzzy. Staff were trying to be helpful but communication barrier.

Nice location, needs a revamp!
Rooms need redecoration and the bathrooms need some TLC - everything is a bit tired and faded. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful!
I spent 3 nights in the hotel and it has been great. Perfectly located, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room
was large, clean and with a comfortable bed. I would go back.
I stayed for three nights, the hotel is perfectly located in the old town. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and the one I had on the 8th floor big. I would go back next time I visit.
We arrived in the evening and was informed about a guest who has not checked out of the room which we were supposed to stay and they were out of rooms for that night. However, they have arranged us to stay in their sister hotel for the night (which is more expensive) at their own expense and ferried us there & back the next day. They have also upgraded our room (free of charge) for the next 2 nights. Staffs are polite and helpful. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean.
The location of the hotel was down a long alley. I booked 2 family rooms and 1 double. We were moved to another hotel because they overbooked and did not have all 3 rooms. We were moved back the next day. The rooms were not as seen on the website. One of the room had a horrible sewage smell that came from the bathroom. They could not move us because there were no more rooms available.

The staff were very helpful and polite.
Their English was good and they helped us booked tours, taxis etc.
One of the girls was lovely(sorry I can't remember her name) even walked us our onto the Main Street and waited with us to make sure we got in the taxi that doesn't over charge.
The only downfall, there was only one chair in our room which wasn't very comfortable.
Room was in good condition and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were helpful as well with any questions. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had in Asia when the rooms are less than 100USD.

Very good
The hotel was very clean and comfortable to stay for a night. The service was very good. Everyone was very friendly! Thank you
Loved the hotel, the first night they were over booked so was sent to a bin hotel (this is common in Vietnam, sometimes it's a scam but this was a genuine mistake) they made up for this of the stay by giving me a free room upgrade.
The staff at the hotel lovely and couldn't be more helpful :-)
Vietnam is an interesting place, I wouldn't return due to the level of scams and most residences see westerners as cash machines with no soul. Thailand, Taiwan and Cambodia are much nicer places for tourists and almost just as cheap :-) Most market sellers will attempt to overcharge you, don't even bother unless you have a Vietnamese person with you to get you the correct price. Seeing the chaos of Vietnam could be worth it, but I didn't find it enjoyable or pleasant.
