We reached early after returning from Sapa, and she assisted us with an early check-in smoothly and professionally. It took a lot of stress off our shoulders, and we truly appreciated her efficiency and warm hospitality. Trang made our breakfast such a pleasant start to the day. She was the waitress at our table and went above and beyond to make sure our son was well taken care of—constantly checking if he had eaten, bringing food, fruits, and even some crispy chips just for him. Her thoughtfulness and genuine care made us feel very welcomed. Fiona was friendly, attentive, and carried herself with a warm professionalism throughout our stay. She ensured everything was in order and made us feel valued as guests. Overall, a fantastic team that truly prioritizes guest comfort. Thank you for making our stay memorable. A terrific boutique hotel in the heart of Old Quarter of Hanoi. Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Hanoi Night Market. The deluxe room that I reserved was clean and quiet. It was a perfect size for 1 - 2 people. The air conditioning was strong. My room faced the backside of the hotel. It didn't have a view AND also it was super quiet because of that. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has everything that I wanted/needed. It was included in my rate. For the rate, location, and overall great experience, I would highly recommend the Scent Premium Hotel.
