A nice hotel near the old quarter, however, theres not much nearby but around that area everything is relatively walkable. Room was good value for money, clean, nice size and quiet and the staff were polite and helpful. Traffic can get busy around that area due to the small one way traffic roads.

REY hotel was very comfortable for our 5 day stay in Hanoi. The hotel is walkable to all the best eating spots in the Old quarter and the hustle and bustle of the Vietnam streets. The hotel itself is also very modern and clean. Bao Linh -GSA was also very helpful in recommending a delicious traditional Vietnamese restaurant and providing assistance throughout our stay.

Location is excellent. Very walkable and convenient. Rey Suite with city view was roomy and comfortable, surprisingly void of street noise at night. If not for the billing mistakes and claims for minibar (which were resolved) it would have been perfect. Don't tell the guest that the water and soft drink is complimentary in a suite when your staff then claims payment for this.
