The Rex is perfectly located in the old quarter of Hanoi. Their staff are incredibly helpful, even allowing us the store our suit cases over night when we went on a 2 day Ha Long Bay cruise. We will definitely choose the Rex for our next visit to Hanoi.

We had an excellent experience at Rex Hanoi Hotel. All the staff were very attentive and provided phenomenal service (reception, doormen, facilities, room service, and dining service staff). Vivian and all the dining service staff were exceptional. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay within Hanoi's Old Quarter area for its great location, thoughtful staff, and yummy breakfast.

This was my 2nd stay after traveling around Vietnam for a couple of weeks. Breakfast was a great way to start the day with a perfect mix of Asian and Western cuisine. Plenty of this to see and do and all within walking distance. Very friendly staff and a special mention to Ms Hannie at the front desk who always welcomed you with the biggest smile and ready to help in any way possible. I will be definitely staying at the Rex Hanoi next time I visit, wonderful property.
