The reception staffs were very helpful specially during checkout. They helped me secure a ride car to airport when Grab and taxis were not available. Breakfast was great. Room staff need more training. Coffee cups were not replace and floor were not cleaned. Overall, with the pricing and location. Location is great. We were very satisfied.
