The staff were exceptional and go out of their way to help you with everything. Especially Hannie and Rose can’t thank them enough for all they did . Only thing I would say is don’t book any cruises through the hotel as the company they use is not reputable and if things go pear shaped there is nothing unfortunately the hotel can do even though they did their best to rectify the problem Lovely people and in the old quarter with plenty to see and do

The pool on-site is a fantastic bonus as well as a pool table and foosball table. Breakfast was great with a large variety on offer.Staff were super helpful .Hotel is close to the lake and very easy to get round

Staff were fantastic, especially Rose who organised a special decoration of our room for our wedding anniversary. Restaurant was great and room service excellent as my wife had dental work done and couldn’t eat solid Food. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will be back

We were only here for a night stopover however we cannot rate the Rex hotel highly enough. We came off a sleeper bus and the hotel stored our bags prior to check in and the following day while on a Halong Bay cruise. The hotel was very close to Beer Street and we had such a fun night out! The hotel left us a beautiful little cake in our room as our trip was for our Honeymoon, this was delightful. We enjoyed our stay and if we return to Hanoi we would definitely stay at the Rex again. Thanks team, you were brilliant.

We had a two night stay at Rex Hanoi Hotel and were very impressed from the moment we arrived with all the fabulous staff who were so helpful. We had booked a deluxe room and although it was a little tight,it was clean,tidy and the bathroom was all we needed.The hotel was situated in a very central location being close to many attractions and great restaurants.The hotel amenities were great the indoor pool we didn’t use but loved the rooftop bar with plenty of seating with incredible views,our buffet breakfast was fantastic with many options available.We would definitely stay here again

Couldn't fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean everywhere, great position in Hanoi to see the sights, lovely breakfast with choices from eggs, omelettes, sausage meat and lots of Vietnamese choices - all the staff we met were so polite and helpful - great laundry service too
