Nice and clean Big apartment, Staff were really good Location perfect for us Just a shame about the v loud music on the Wednesday evening when trying to put the kids to sleep (the staff did what they could but couldn’t do much about it unfortunately - but they are trying). An absolutely amazing place to stay. The staff were always friendly, courteous and smiling. The rooms are very large and accommodating with everything you need for your day to day life i.e. washing machine dryer and bottled water. It is located on the southern side of the lake which is beautiful to walk daily and meet the smiling locals or to stop for food and beers. Will definitely stay there again when back in Hanoi in a few months time. 10/10 amazing
