We loved our stay at Lavender Central! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was decorated the bed beautifully with towel swans and roses for our anniversary.Amenities provided everyday included two bottles of water and for the bathroom—shampoo, body wash, q tips, razor, shower cap, and toothbrushes. House keeping promptly clean our rooms every morning. The room was very quiet—couldn’t believe we were in the midst of the bustling Old Quarter at bedtime. We only took advantage of the breakfast the last morning and it was delicious. The hotel was located perfectly for walking around and seeing many things Hanoi has to offer. Perfect stay for a couple!

Loved the traditional style of the building; Tall and narrow. Staff were excellent with good English which was helpful as my Vietnamese is terrible. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Breakfast was very good. Lots of good shopping, restaurants and other tourist attractions in the vicinity.

We loved the staff at the property. The went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! The location is right in the heart of Old Town and easy walking distance to many amenities and sites. Nice cosy hotel located in the old quarter. Room was a little on the small side but the helpfulness of the staff and the breakfast were both first class. They even went above and beyond to help us retrieve a bag that was left after a tour. Great service.

The front desk staff are exceptional!! They go above and beyond at every opportunity possible. They created such a warm and inviting space and consistently helped us throughout our stay. 100/10!! I can’t rate them high enough! Don’t hesitate to stay here. It’s fabulous!
