Clean room but poor customerservice

The room was fine but the balcony was not a real balcony. You Could barely stand out there. The service was poor. They told us very little about the situation with corona. We booked a trip to nihn bihn because ha long Bay was Closed. We payed Extra to see a temple but it was Closed because of corona. We had to argue with the reception to get the refund. They didn’t belive us.

Really lovely, stylish boutique hotel with incredible staff. Super comfy bed! Amazing and really helpful front desk! We arrived in Hanoi in not really good time, because of the Virus outbreak almost every tourist destination was closed or about to be close. The guys did everything to Help us have a nice stay. We couldn’t ask for more! Highly recommended.

The customer service was superb. I must give special mention to Hannah at reception. In a team of great staff she stood out as exceptional. Breakfast was good and staff did everything they could think of to make our stay fabulous. The welcome was especially lovely

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hat uns bei jeglichen Anliegen weiterhelfen können. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, da ist für jeden was bei. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder das Hotel auswählen.

this place is a gem located near the heart of Hanoi city but away from all the loud noisy night life activities. It is a short distance to Tong Duy Tan street food areas and where the train track cafes are. Street food and bars/pubs are walking distance from the hotel . The setting of the hotel as well as interior designs of the room is elegant and very classy.

Never expect such a decent hotel. Staff is excellent professional like 5 star hotel, very warm welcome, polite, and direct me all the way to rooms. Let me feel like I am coming home, will definitely coming back and recommend to friends and relative. Breakfast and all facilities clean and tidy with such a budget price. Having a budget price but with a 5 star hotel service.

Allt var tipptopp under den veckan jag bodde här. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Mycket bra frukost. Överlag engagerat, rent och skön atmosfär. Ligger nära gamla stan och resten av Hanoi når man med Grab till mycket låg kostnad.

Amazing staff that went above and beyond. They helped me arrange a walking food tour. They organized a taxi to take our luggage to another hotel when we had to check out. And they didn’t charge us. Great value. Great place.
