The hotel it’s very bad option, very far away from the old quarter, The bathroom drain smells terrible, we were moved to a different room and the walls had mold, this is just a part of the wall, but most of the wall was with mold. the breakfast is just for asian people, they just offered one of the kind of the eggs. The air condition it’s not working properly. The massage that the hotel offered it’s so bad so poor

Feels like luxury for sure. Really big sized rooms, comfy bed - had an amazing sleep. Breakfast was good - nothing amazing but definitely fine enough. Didn’t use the facilities (gym and pool) but looked lovely. Really nice and clean room, lovely bathroom and a tub!

If you're going to visit Hanoi, you should be in the Old quarter.. this hotel is a cheaper option but an hour away from everything. A Grab taxi is around 100K Dong (200K Dong in peak traffic) to get to the city where all the action is.. We used to take a taxi to wherever we wanted to go in the morning and then only come back at night Good hotel but the traveling can be inconvenient

Zimmer sind ok, Bad war renovierungsbedürftig, Rollo am Fenster zwischen Zimmer und Klo konnt nicht komplett geschlossen werden - es gab also immer einen Blick Richtung Klo. Pool war geschlossen, eine Restaurant-Etage war komplett in Renovierung. Frühstück war gut. Die Damen beim Spa konnten nicht Englisch sprechen, somit war die Kommunikation schwierig. Qualität der Massage war bei meiner Partnerin und mir sehr unterschiedlich. Die Räumlichkeiten waren renovierungsbedürftig und hatten weniger Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
