I had a fantastic stay at Moonlight Tay Ho. It’s a cute, cozy apartment that’s tucked away in a quiet area right across from West Lake, making it a perfect escape from the city noise. One of the best-kept secrets here is the rooftop terrace—it’s a total hidden gem with an amazing view of the Hanoi skyline. The apartment is very well-equipped; having a private laundry machine was a huge plus for my trip, and the kitchen features a real, full-sized refrigerator that actually keeps your drinks ice-cold. Highly recommended for a comfortable, self-contained stay!

The room was great with lots of closet space, and a good size working area. But The staff was the best. I had forgotten my camera's battery charger back home and tried to find a replacement on my own. Unfortunately, due to me not speaking Vietnamese, I was unsuccessful. The room was super nice and quiet, a washer and dryer was a much-needed addition, and the staff was very helpful. Alice took great care of us and went out of her way to tell us about her favorite places to eat and let us keep our luggage in the lobby since our bus didn't arrive until later that night.
