Great location and space for the price. I probably would have paid the roughly twice the cost for a view, but crazy low price for the lodging and fantastic washing machine in the unit. Would stay again for sure. Front desk staff incredibly polite and helpful, thank you!!

Staying at Moonlight Tay Ho, even if just for one night, was a real treat. Our room was huge, with a true apartment vibe and a lovely private courtyard that looked out over the lake. The view was absolutely stunning. Shoutout to Alice at reception; she was fantastic, made us feel right at home, and gave great tips on nearby cafés and eateries. She answered every question and request super quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we get the chance.

Fantastic location on West Lake right near temples. Studio apartment was very comfortable and had a great supply of kitchenware, lots of storage and a good strong shower. Alice at Reception was amazing and bought me water and fresh towels even though I only stayed 2 nights. I would 100% recommend and would return myself when next in Hanoi. Thanks

After a week away in Haiphong and Cat ba island where I enjoyed an amazing cruise to Lan ha bay and Hai long bay I made sure to book my final few days back at this hotel because my first stay here exceeded my expectations, again I cannot complement this Hotel enough as it’s location, amenities and warm service from the staff, if you are staying in Hanoi be sure to book your stay here and you will not be disappointed, while in Vietnam I’ve stayed in over 10 different Hotels from Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hai phong and Hanoi and will most definitely say this was in my top 3, top 1 in Hanoi for sure this will be my go to Hotel every time I come back to visit from the UK. Once again big thank you to the Hotel and team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable.

Exceptional hotel so I decided to stay for a few more days, greated with a warm welcome by reception and very supportive of my requests by offering a free room upgrade, the location was excellent right by the lake with many coffee shops downstairs, and walking distance to many good food places aswel as the old quarter, extremely quite at night which made down time very comfortable, hotel room is very clean and tidy and had large fridge and freezer, washing machine aswel has washing powder, microwave, kettle, rice cooker and stove aswel as cutlery but 99% of the time I ate out but still a bonus to have this for the cost, stayed for 6 nights and can honestly say this hotel exceeded my expectations I will definitely be coming back here

For the price it’s good! But the housekeeping unformentely doesn’t clean any of the room. They just give new towels and water if you request it. We were there for 5 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned- which was a shame. Overall for the price you pay, it’s good! There are quite a few nice restaurants around and bars. The coffee shop downstairs was our favourite in all of Hanoi lovely staff

Our day was great. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a larger room that had a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The room itself was very clean and spacious the area surrounding the apartment. Was also a nice area.

I booked a room that was small cozy but now view . Tue view was an alley . I upgraded for about 10 dolllats more a night. Bringing it to about 30 a night. I truly was happy with the upgrade and no complaints .also it was a bonus have the washer and drying in the apt. I would stay here again. The view were beautiful
