Minerva Aparthotel is the ideal place to stay in Hanoi especially if you are coming with family. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the location is the best being near all the tourist attractions but also getting more of a local feel for the city and that doesn’t touch the best part of the stay which is how great Thomas and team are. They really go above and beyond and have excellent communication. They answered all our questions and you can depend on them for any arrangements you need!

This hotel was is favourite place to stay in Hanoi. The staff are lovely and so helpful and accommodating. Trang took the best care of us. She really wanted us to enjoy our stay and time in Hanoi. The hotel is recently renovated with really nice spacious rooms and excellent sound proofing. It’s a great location for walking around the old quarter. Highly recommend!

The location is so convenient that you can walk to anywhere. The hotel is newly renovated which is super clean and comfortable. What I loved the most is the staff, Thomas and Bé Trang, who offered us the services beyond expectations. I would stay in the place if I ever come back to Ha Noi. Already missed them and Ha Noi. I wish I could post some pictures on this platform.

The stay at Minerva was exceptional. Apartment was very large and clean. Staff were very good and friendly. The location is good on the edge of the old quarter. Easy walking to explore. They rate the hotel as 3 star. Not sure how that happened. I travel a lot and it is no question a 4 star hotel. I will be back again in 6 months for an extended stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The space was much larger then anticipated. We were given the penthouse apartment and there is no elevator to this floor. But other floors are easily accessible by elevator. The area was quiet and a very large deck to relax on.

The rooms were comfort and clean. The rooms were set up like small apartments, so it was lovely having a kitchen and a large refrigerator to use. Also, the hotel is right in the heart of the old quarter, close to everything. It’s tucked away down a side street, so it is very quiet at night. The staff was also wonderful. Especially Thomas. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very good place to stay. On a quiet road on the edge of the old quarter. Close to shops, restaurants and tourist spots. I was staying at a Arbnb and it was not very good. Stayed at the hotel a couple of days before so I checked out of the Arbnb and came back to the hotel. A very good choice at a reasonable price.
