Everything was great! Staff unbelievably helpful. They helped us sort out reclaiming lost luggage. Breakfast was lovely. A little heads up though.. if you have mobility issues request rooms on lowere floors. I booked a valcony on purpose for the views but it was floor 5 and no lift. Didnt spoil anything at all though. Had a lovely stay. X

We stayed in the Star Anise room, which was spacious, and the staff are really nice, however the bathroom had mould all over and the room generally wasn't very clean. For us, the immediate surroundings weren't very nice at all and you can smell the stink from outside coming into the room. A step up from a hostel, but a massive step down from a decent hotel.
