従業員はとても親切でした。部屋も清潔に保たれています。主要道路に面しているので、ある程度の騒音は仕方がありませんが、逆に主要道路に面していることはタクシーの乗り降りなど場所がわかりやすくて安心でした。価格を踏まえるととても満足できるホテルだと思います。

便利なところにはあるが、今回は失敗

当初、入る予定だった部屋が水漏れがしており、1時間工事をしても治る気配がなかったので、フロントに部屋を変えるように依頼したところ、満室だと言うこと。近隣のホテルを紹介してくれと依頼すると、急に空き部屋が出来て、そこにチェックインして事なきを得ました。最初に満室と行ったのが偽りであったことがわかり、少々このホテルに不信感を抱きました。施設の不具合はしょうが無いとは思いますが、誠実でない対応に、今後の使用は考えようかと思います。

快適とはいいがたい

不備をいくつか指摘したいと思います。 ーデスク周りの充電コンセントの位置がわかりにくく、備え付けアダプター１つあり、充電をするも接続がゆるくてラップトップPCの充電に難があった。 ーコンセントの位置を探しているときの、チェアーを移動すると使用後のまるまったテイッシュを発見。もう１つ壁紙のようなごみも目に付いた。　非常に不快であった。 ーテレビの位置が、柱の死角になって２つのチェアーからは見れない位置。どういう配置で部屋をデザインしているのかと不思議に思う。 ーNHKが数チャンネルあったが、音声が悪く快適に視聴できない。 ー朝食は充実していたように思う。
