We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was amazing. It had a kitchen, washer/dryer, beautiful bedrooms and SO much storage space. The Lotte mart was convenient. I love the showcase coffee shop inside the entrance. The hotel is full of beautiful areas to explore. The gym/sauna/spa pool were wonderful!

Every aspect of the accommodation was wonderful. By far the most clean place that I’ve ever stayed in Hanoi. Spacious area, staff’s professional service, and lot of things to check out near by. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Hanoi. However, I felt bad for the staffs at the reception area. Currently, the residence is going through a renovation so they are temporarily using the first floor as the reception (originally the reception is on the 38th floor). But the first floor is also having constructions and I was afraid the noise will stress out the staffs.

I arrived at the hotel close to midnight. While the check-in process was quick, the room I was assigned was in very poor condition, it appeared dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, similar to a humid, sweaty smell. The breakfast was also disappointing, as the food tasted artificial and of low quality. I have stayed at this hotel before in 2025, but unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. The standard check-out time was noon, and I had a work meeting scheduled at 1:00 PM. I needed a quiet environment to take the call, so I asked the front desk if a one-hour late check-out would be possible. My request was declined, as I was told another guest would be checking into the room. However, I understand that the official check-in time is not until 2:00 PM, which made the refusal somewhat unreasonable. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not choose to stay at this property again.

Very central and convenient with lots of eateries nearby hotel. Within the hotel, there’s a huge Lotte supermarket with lots of Korean and Vietnamese stuff to buy. Quite a number of cafes nearby and even a Starbucks at the first level of the hotel.
