The hotel was perfectly located in the old quarter close to the lake, food and all the chaos expected when travelling to Hanoi! The breakfast was excellent and Mr Trahun made it so comfortable. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home, great place thanks.

We stayed in a family room with cute balcony overlooking the street and bougainvilleas. The room was big enough for four people with luggage with a modern and spacious bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helped plan out activities in town and organise our onward transport. The location is fantastic being in a quiet side street just near the old quarter without being in the full hustle. And major bonus points for what must be one of the best views in Hanoi from the roof-top bar.

Beautiful hotel! Staff was amazing, from the moment we arrived, they were so helpful and kind. Selena was amazing always answering our questions and making us feel welcome. We were able to leave our luggages overnight so we could go on a one night Ha Long Bay cruise. The area was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Convenient location. Can walk to most sightseeing sights, restaurants and shopping. Stayed for 1 night then went to Ha Long Bay for a 1 night cruise and then stayed here again for 2 nights. We were able to store our luggages. Breakfast served on the 8th floor has good selection. Pho and eggs will be cooked to order which is nice. They only serve brewed or instant coffee. No espresso machine. Staff at the front desk, bellman and restaurant were all very helpful except this guy who appears to be the manager that sits at the corner in the lobby that doesn’t make an effort to greet guests. Spacious and clean rooms.

Location is fantastic, one block off the lake. Lots of dining options and easy for transportation. Room was large, plenty of space for two adults and 2 kids. Staff was super helpful, would stay again for sure!

Stayed at the hotel for 5 days, it was excellent. The hospitality and service of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the location. The hotel manager is present at the hotel and makes sure everything is done properly.

Le Premier Rooftop is in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but it is a haven inside. The staff are extra-friendly and helpful. If it rained, they offered umbrellas, and they were always there to offer suggestions for restaurants, spas, etc. it was a lovely stay.

Staff is exceptional - friendly kind and respectful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and include robes and slippers and adequate amenities. Enjoyed a massage in the spa that was excellent. best is the breakfast buffet with wonderful and varied options….delicious and beautiful. A solid place to stay in Hanoi with easy walking to the lake and ample options for dining and entertainment
