This hotel is in a great location, close to the old quarter as well as the French quarter and right in front of the lake. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. We used the spa and my wife said it was one of the best treatmentws she has ever had. The rooftop bar has an excellent view over Hanoi.

They really went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Even on arrival, they met us at a drop off point (the street in front of the hotel is a walking zone on weekends) to collect bags and escort us the 50 meters to the door.
