This hotel is clean and the staff could not do more to help. The breakfast here is a huge stand out with an A la carte menu which has rivalled some top brunch spots I've visited. The rooftop splash pool is a nice touch in a hot city like Hanoi.

It’s conveniently located, walking distance to the main attractions and featured modern and comfortable rooms, and the staff were friendly and attentive which made the experience even better. It was a Great Hotel. The room walls are a bit thin, Quite Noisy when people or housekeeper working/talking outside the room. The lobby is very cold not cozy, even the front desk staffs were trembling with chill, Other than that it's a great stay we had. Thank you for taking care of us.

Centralt läge vid Hoan Kiem Lake i centrala Hanoi. Rummet ganska litet men bekvämt och rent. Skön säng. Härlig med pressokaffe på rummet, ganska litet men rent och fint badrum med dusch, två små balkonger mot gatan. Finns tydligen pool på hotellet, men har inte kolla in den, överskattat ändå i februari när det är ganska kallt och regnar. Väldigt god frukost (!) & gott kaffe, måste vara en riktig kock i köket! Prisvärt om bra rabatt, till ordinariepris kanske inte. Men kort sagt, mycket trevligt lite mindre hotell i centrala Hanoi.
