The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Our rooms were clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, the wait staff were excellent. The location is in a central area with many restaurants. Keep in mind it is in a bustling area with city noises. I loved people watching from the balcony. My family of five loved our stay.

I couldn’t recommend a better hotel in Hanoi! The property itself was beautiful, spotless, and very easy to find. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even remembering each member of our family every time we returned from our daily adventures. Their recommendations for sightseeing were incredible, and their laundry service was quick and seamless—such a huge help while traveling. At one point, we needed transportation for the day, and they effortlessly arranged a private car for us, making everything so convenient. A special thank you to Ruby, who my son absolutely adored—he looked forward to seeing her every time we walked through the doors. Honestly, the level of care and hospitality we experienced here alone is enough reason for me to return to Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was always hospitable and ready to help! Wait staff at breakfast restaurant were awesome, speak good English and made everyone feel very welcome. Manager Quan was always around to oversee that everything is well, Ling at restn was always smiling and warm and so was Linh at reception desk!
