The superior double is a beautiful room, the breakfast (especially the made to order eggs) and coffee are excellent. Staff are friendly and super helpful. Well situated in the old quarter. Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel in very new (newly renovated recently). The hotel staff were excellent (especially Quinn). The location is in a alley, but it's two blocks away from St. Joseph Cathedral and other major attractions. The breakfast buffet is fresh and good. We enjoyed our four nights stay and would definitely come back again.

Room cleaned and everything refreshed every day. Always came back to new water bottles, toothbrushes, combs, etc. Front desk staff were very welcoming, always greeting with a "Xin Chao". Breakfast was nice, with a decent array of options, though more limited for those with a vegetarian or halal diet (but still plenty to choose from). They also cooked you eggs to your taste on request, and I must say, they cooked them perfectly.

Room were very clean. However, our room faces same direction as the front door alley & every morning the strong oily cooking smell from the food eatery besides the hotel gets into the room. Would be good if the hotel could just seal the windows up since no one will open it. Or if you intend to stay here, just choose 1 of the other 2 rooms since there are only 3 rooms per floor. Overall still a good stay as the room itself was really nice and comfortable especially the bed and nice washroom. Hotel slippers are however recycled which i personally will not use it, so bring your own if you are same as me.

If u are high maintenance this is not for uou. If u are a happy traveler and are willing to embrace the cultural richness then this is ur hotel. I like the fact the everything is at your fingertips once you step out of ur hotel. We were home and happy

It is located in an alley/lane off one of the busiest street of Hanoi so the car will have to park 5 minutes away from the hotel. Not accessible by car so you will have to wheel your luggage in

房間乾淨，鄰近超多店舖/餐廳。 有位載眼鏡的女職員很熱情，每次經過都會跟我停打招呼 說一兩句話。因為去下龍灣，行李寄存了幾天，回來後 職員已經記得我們 還把行李放到我們新房間！👍 唯一缺點是位於車子到達不到門口的小巷，所以call車 記得走去大馬路方向call車
