The stay here was unlike anything we have ever experienced in any other JW Marriott properties. The staff is warm, knowledgeable and accommodating. Dining was exquisite. Buffett and Japanese cusine were memorable. Spa services including sauna, jacuzzi, steam rooms were comprehensive and tranquil. Location was a 30 minutes drive away from most Hanoi attractions. Live music and jazz club on site. Overall, it will be a worthwhile destination when in Vietnam for any traveler.

Breakfast was great with many choice of cuisine (Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, along with the continental). We had access to executive lounge which added to the delightful stay. Will defenitely stay here again when we go to Hanoi. It is about 30 minutes from the old town (most tourist attractions), but we had no problem with it.
