Buffett and Japanese cusine were memorable. Spa services including sauna, jacuzzi, steam rooms were comprehensive and tranquil. Location was a 30 minutes drive away from most Hanoi attractions. Live music and jazz club on site. Overall, it will be a worthwhile destination when in Vietnam for any traveler.

We could highly recommend staying at this hotel. We stayed with access to the Executive Club, and was the best club experience we have had. They staff were amazing, nothing was to much to ask for, and all they wanted to do was enhance your experience. We were very impressed.

overall, it looks good but I need to highlight 2 things here : a - executive lounge shortage or baby chair, on 31 Dec, only one available b - breakfast variety but one of the staff attitude needed to be correct, as I requested him to help me put the hot chicken feet herbs soup on my plate but first, he wanted me to take it myself but it was hot, therefore I am requesting him to put onto my plate, he did it unwillingly finally.
