We had a great stay! The room and bathroom were clean and the shower pressure was great! It was nice to come back to a comfortable bed after a long day of outings. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter and everything is within walking distance. The hotel spa offers a “head spa” which includes a head massage and hair wash , and was nothing like I had experienced before. We were also picked up from the airport for around $25. Thank you JM Marvel for your hospitality!

Our personal concierge Trang Nguyen made this a vacation we will never forget. Her attention to detail, follow up with our excursion, daily checking with us to make sure everything was going as planned, suggestions for places to shop and eat and her genuine compassion made even the smallest mishaps enjoyable. At one point her service brought us to tears of joy. JM Marvel is very fortunate to have Trang on their staff.

The staff here are very kind and attentive -Especially the front desk. They genuinely care for you and will be happy to accommodate and give any suggestions for restaurants, entertainment, and whatever it is you’re looking for. Overall the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is delicious and convenient. We’ve also tried their rooftop bar and their drinks are very good! They take the time to explain the drinks and there is even a happy hour! We wish we could have stayed here longer.

This was my favorite stay in Vietnam! Wonderful staff who greeted us with fresh fruit and tea. Breakfast was great and the staff went over the top to make my birthday special! Pretty good area of the old town with the best bun cha just across the street. Very comfortable beds and great cocktails on the rooftop bar. Quality soap, shower gel and shampoo in the room, and the best offering of towels of all our hotel stays. For the price range of this property, it is a great value. They sent us off with water and a spectacular Vietnamese tea for our journey. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from this location. I would love to stay here again if my travels bring me back to Hanoi.
