It was wonderful.. they really took care of us.. it was my sisters birthday month and they gave us a beautiful surprise by upgrading us to a bigger room and even decorating it with balloons and cake They didn’t have to do it and we never expected as the actual birthday was more than 2 weeks away

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above-and-beyond to make our stay comfortable. There was construction happening in the building next door and they responded immediately to address the noise and offer us complimentary spa treatments and the spa is magnificent! The room was beautiful and comfortable. The rooftop bar was a great place for afternoon drinks. Breakfast was included and offered everything. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel.

What a beautiful and well located boutique hotel in Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff were amazing from check in to check out! JM Marvel was our “home base” and we returned 3 times to our Hanoi home. The staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful, they really provided outstanding service. We needed to leave early one morning for a guided tour, and they arranged for the restaurant to be available for us before official opening, so we could pack up some breakfast items to go. Location is also great, close enough to all the excitement in the Old Quarter and train street, tons of cafes, restaurants, street food stalls and stores within walking distance. The hotel staff at JM Marvel was wonderful. Always checking in to make sure my family was good. They provided great recommendation on food and services near the hotel. They also went above and beyond by noticing my mom upcoming birthday and decorated her room with balloons and happy birthday sign. The entire staff was delightful and thoughtful. From the front desk manager Jayce to the cleaning crew that decorated my mom’s room to the kitchen staff. I highly highly recommend this hotel.
