This is my favorite hotel every time I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi, central location, only about 10 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The room is clean, modern classic style, the hallway has a city view window, no need to use a card to get up and down the elevator.

Room was big, clean, and spacious, perfect for what we needed! The best part of the hotel however was the friendly and helpful front desk staff! They were so kind to let us check in early and help us coordinate laundry, etc. The only thing I will say is we stayed on the 8th floor and on the 9th floor is a restaurant with karaoke that goes on til around 10pm. It didn’t bother us as we are night owls but just a tip for anyone who goes to bed early, I’d request a lower floor. Thanks again to the lovely staff and would definitely stay again if I’m in Hanoi again!

Not fantastic, okay place to stay, strange whirring noise in room at night (not aircon). Lift also broke during stay but fixed quickly, not entirely sure if was actually working. If you just want somewhere basic to sleep, fine and cheap

Des photos mensongères, générées par IA! Ne vous faites pas avoir. Les chambres ne sont pas lumineuses, aucun mur n’est blanc. L’hôtel est extrêmement vétuste, odeur nauséabonde dans les chambres. Sale. Nous avons changé de chambre, le lavabo de la salle de bain fuyait. Sur les 2 bouteilles d’eau offerte en chambre, une était vite. Il y avait des traces de pieds au sol. Des joints noirs dans la salle de bain. La nouvelle chambre n’était pas mieux. Le pire hôtel de notre séjour et pas l’un des moins cher. C’est une honte!
