The room is clean and neat. Timi, the front desk man was very nice, friendly and helpful to us. He was so accommodating and always there to offer you something even if you already check out and hanging at the back of the lobby due to later departure. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, convenient to shop around the vicinity. Will recommend this hotel. :))

This is our second time we have stayed at Holiday Emerald Hotel. It is in the old quarter and just a few blocks from Hoan Kiem lake. It is very quiet and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast in the morning. The staff are very friendly. We required 3 rooms and they were all on the same floor which was very handy. Highly recommended for a hotel stay.

Had a lovely stay here. Overall did 3 nights but was all split up due to trips. Whilst on trips staff would look after my luggage and even put them in my new room for me waiting. Breakfast was really good and quick service. All front staff were helpful. Would recommend

Superb location ..dead centre of the tourist trap at the old quarter. Highly recommend..I’m from Singapore. Breakfast is great...price of the accomdation is superbly fair. Superb and polite staff at the front desk look like Jim, Max, Alex, Jennie, Hai…. I highly recommend family looking for value and location.

This place is a hidden gem, an oasis of tranquility in the middle of an action-packed, popular tourist area: old town Hanoi. Walking out the hotel, you ‘re in middle of endless fun, exciting activities. Yet, stepping back through the front door, you’re immediately surrounded with calm energy. The warm, personable demeanor from Ms. Hương and Mr. Trí made me feel like a very welcomed house guest!

Holiday Emerald was a very nice place to stay. Jenny and her staff was excellent. She help us with airport transportation and calling our tour drivers. Excellent English. The ice coffee at breakfast is better than.any of the coffee shops. Air conditioning in the room worked very well . I would recommend this place to anyone

The staff at holiday emerald hotel were absolutely amazing, they were so kind a welcoming. The hotel itself was nothing amazing but that was reflected in the price as it was very good value. Most importantly though it was kept very clean and they provided all the essentials you need. My favourite thing about my stay was the people who work there, they went above and beyond to help us out. They arranged all the taxis we needed offered great advice and despite us leaving the hotel very early each morning they packed us cute little breakfast boxes for the road. Highly recommended.

Heart of everything

This hotel is in the heart of everything. Staff are friendly though i had to wait for some time to be check-ed in. Water pressure is good and they provide bathing foam (not bar soap). Breakfast is decent too. You may request for omelette, vietnamese coffee or hot noodles on top pf the other food provided. Noodles come in both vegetarian and non vegetarian style. There is a place nearby for indian food and several massage places along that stretch. It's also walking distance to the Hanoi Opera House, Sword Lake and Dong Xuan market. (15-20mins)

We stayed a total of for 4 nights. The staff was absolutely amazing, very attentive, very polite, they did so much to make us feel comfortable. I received a cake for my birthday and the bed was decorated with flower petals, very sweet people. The breakfast was very nice with options daily. The property is very centrally located. The room was clean, good shower and the AC was almost too cold :). We are very appreciative of all workers who made us feel very special. The last day, they arranged a ride back to the airport free of charge. We were very thankful.
